The Nation's Capital Chapter of the Ohio Alumni Association is joining the Capital Alumni Network (CAN) for the annual Wreaths Across America event. Please join your fellow Bobcats for this important event!

We will meet in front of the Women's Memorial (pictured above, or look for the CAN banner) for a group photo at 8:45 am. We will have an OU banner so it is easier to find us.

Please dress to spend all of your time outside, plan accordingly to take the metro (parking is not available), and we highly recommend bringing gloves for handling the wreaths. All attendees must go through security screening before entering the cemetery and bags will be searched. Please allow ample time for crowded conditions. 

Registration is NOT required to participate. Just show up!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS (Note: earlier than previous years) 
7:00AM: Metro rail opens (system-wide)
7:00AM: ANC Welcome Center Screening Begins
7:45AM: Wreaths Across America Truck Convoy arrives
8:15AM: Opening Ceremoy at the Women in Miliary Service for American Memorial
8:30AM: Arlington National Cemetery Gates open
8:45AM: CAN GROUP PHOTO (allow time for crowds to clear/enter; CAN group to gather)--Look for the OU Flag. 
9:15AM: Wreath laying begins across cemetery
